Our research focuses on making indistinguishability obfuscation (iO) efficient enough for real software systems. We believe this is achievable.
OEVM stands for Opaque Execution Virtual Machine. The name reflects our goal of making code execution as opaque as cryptography allows, and our research is how we intend to get there.
